Fabrizio Romano says Tottenham Hotspur have just made big Radu Dragusin move overnight
Tottenham Hotspur have not given up on Radu Dragusin just yet – they made an improved offer to sign him last night.
The transfer saga involving the Romanian has been an interesting one over the last 24 hours. Spurs seemed like the favourites, but then, Bayern Munich came in with a strong offer. Now, Fabrizio Romano has revealed that Tottenham are confident again after what they did overnight.

Fabrizio Romano shares latest on Radu Dragusin to Tottenham
Tottenham reached full agreement with Genoa to sign Radu Dragusin yesterday, but their offer was bettered by Bayern Munich later in the day.
Romano revealed late last night that the defender would make his decision today, and reports claimed Bayern were confident he would pick them.
However, it looks like Spurs have marched ahead in the race to sign Dragusin now.
Ange Postecoglou‘s side improved their proposal to sign the 21-year-old last night and they are now expecting him to respect their agreement and fly to London.
Bayern’s attempt to hijack the deal, as things stand, has failed.
Romano just : “Radu Dragusin saga, still on as Tottenham have improved their proposal overnight!
“Spurs always been confident, expecting Dragusin to respect their agreement — now hoping for him to fly to London. Bayern sent formal bid to hijack the deal, Spurs are still there.”
Huge news for Tottenham
It’s not all done just yet, but Tottenham fans can begin to get excited now.
It really did seem like they had missed out on Radu Dragusin after Bayern came in last night, but Spurs mean business in this window, and now look like the favourites.
Dragusin is a fantastic talent. He has been brilliant for Genoa in Italy, and it was always only a matter of time before he left them for a bigger club.
At Tottenham, under Postecoglou, he could become a real star in the coming years.
