Fabrizio Romano says £15m Tottenham star could be involved in a transfer domino along with Jordan Henderson
Fabrizio Romano has claimed that there’s still a chance Pierre-Emile Hojbjerg will leave Tottenham Hotspur in the next two weeks.
Spurs have done some amazing business this month already. Timo Werner and Radu Dragusin have come in, while Hugo Lloris, Eric Dier and Djed Spence have all moved out. Now, another player could leave Tottenham – Hojbjerg.

Fabrizio Romano says Pierre-Emile Hojbjerg could leave Tottenham
Tottenham signed Pierre-Emile Hojbjerg from Southampton for £15 million in 2020 ().
The Dane quickly became one of the most important players in the squad. He was a regular under Jose Mourinho and Antonio Conte, and he played pretty well more often than not.
Since Ange Postecoglou‘s arrival in the summer, however, Hojbjerg has fallen down the pecking order, and it’s clear he’s never going to be the first choice again.
Yves Bissouma, Rodrigo Bentancur, Pape Matar Sarr and even Oliver Skipp are ahead of him in the pecking order, which makes a move away ideal for all parties.
Fabrizio Romano has now claimed that Hojbjerg could leave this month, and he could be involved in a transfer domino that also includes former Liverpool captain Jordan Henderson.
The journalist said on : “I still think for Tottenham, there is a chance for Pierre-Hojbjerg to leave the club. This is an important point.
“I think he could be part of a midfielder domino in the January transfer window. At the moment, it’s still quiet with Napoli and Juventus despite rumours. Let’s see what happens with Jordan Henderson.
“But, I think for Hojbjerg, there’s still a chance to leave in January, and in that case for Tottenham, could be the opportunity to bring in a new midfielder.”

Hojbjerg out, Conor Gallagher in at Tottenham
It has been widely reported that Tottenham are interested in Chelsea midfielder Conor Gallagher.
The Englishman has arguably the Blues’ best midfielder this season, but Chelsea’s owners are apparently willing to sell him to be on the right side of Financial Fair Play regulations.
Ange Postecoglou is a big fan of Gallagher and would love to sign him, but for that to happen, Pierre-Emile Hojbjerg will have to leave the club.
If Tottenham can find a way to get rid of the Dane and use that money to sign Gallagher, it would be an incredible piece of business by Daniel Levy’s side.
