Fabrizio Romano has just provided update on Arsenal discussions over both Jesus and Raphinha
Fabrizio Romano has provided a fresh update on Arsenal regarding their pursuit of Gabriel Jesus and Raphinha.
The Gunners have been heavily linked with the Manchester City striker in recent months.
But these last few days, it looks as though Arsenal have been making good progress on that front.

On Tuesday night, Romano reported that negotiations were “very advanced”.
Now, the transfer guru has claimed that talks are “also in progress” on the player side.
Romano warned that it “takes some time” as it’s a “big deal”, and at present, they’re discussing “key details”.
In addition, Arsenal have also been linked with Raphinha in recent days.
The Gunners reportedly made a bid for the Leeds United star, which the Elland Road outfit rejected.
But now, Romano claims Arsenal are also “negotiating” over Raphinha.
However, he warned there’s a “lot of competition” on that front.
Arsenal have signed two players so far this summer, but it looks as though that could quickly turn into five.
The Gunners have got Marquinhos and Fabio Vieira over the line.
As for Matt Turner, everyone knows he’s joining Arsenal, but the club hasn’t announced it yet.
The Gunners obviously need a new centre-forward, and Jesus is their main target – things look good on that front.
Meanwhile, the Raphinha speculation came as a surprise, but it makes sense.
Bukayo Saka is a top player, but he looked a little tired late last season, so having competition and cover for him is a good idea.
Things look very exciting on the Arsenal front – certainly a case of “watch this space” regarding Jesus and Raphinha.
