Fabrizio Romano declares “here we go” on “dangerous” player to Aston Villa

Fabrizio Romano has just dropped a very exciting transfer update for Aston Villa fans.

Romano, taking to , has declared “here we go” on Morgan Rogers to Villa Park.

The transfer insider has claimed that there’s a verbal agreement in place between the Villans and Middlesbrough for the winger.

After Villa’s final proposal, Boro accepted, and now Rogers is leaving their training ground to make his way to Birmingham, added Romano.

The Italian also said that medical tests have been booked for the next 24 hours and, better yet for the Villans, the signing is now “imminent”.

Rogers has been thoroughly impressive for Boro under Michael Carrick, with 33 appearances, seven goals and nine assists this term.

His efforts have helped the Teesside outfit to the semi-finals of the Carabao Cup and just three points off the top six of the Championship table.

Villa have been very determined in getting a move for Rogers over the line as they look to add the finishing touches to a strong squad this term.

Unai Emery’s charges have enjoyed a superb first half of the season, sitting fourth in the Premier League table, and will fancy their chances of a top-four finish.

In addition, Villa are in the latter stages of the Europa Conference League and in the fourth round of the FA Cup, where they’ve earned a replay against Chelsea.

It’s an amazing opportunity for the “dangerous” Rogers, who’d not only go up into the Premier League right away, but he’d be joining a team with real potential for silverware.

And when it comes to prospective signings, there isn’t really much better than to hear Romano deliver “here we go” when it comes to a big incoming transfer involving your team.
