Arsenal have been working tirelessly over the past few days to get things done and it finally looks to be paying off.
The Gunners are looking to potentially make a couple of signings on transfer deadline day, with a deal for Neto now looking likely if Arsenal fail to sign Joan Garcia.
That might not be all though, as Arsenal are looking to potentially sign Dan Bentley as well, as the third choice goalkeeper due to him being a homegrown player.
In terms of outgoings, Eddie Nketiah is closing in on an exit from the Emirates to join fellow Premier League side Crystal Palace.
And, Fabio Vieira has joined Porto on a season-long loan as Mikel Arteta wants him to develop.

Fabrizio Romano congratulates Arsenal as he provides Ramsdale exit update
Arsenal are currently holding off on signing the paperwork Aaron Ramsdale due to the fact that they’ve not yet secured a replacement.
But, with either Neto or Joan Garcia looking like a possibility at this moment in time, it may not be long before they do finally sign off.
Regardless, when speaking on his YouTube channel, had a few positive things to say and provided an update.
“Ramsdale will be announced as a new Southampton goalkeeper tomorrow, so in the next hours basically. £25 million deal. Let me just say congrats to Arsenal on this.
“Not because I don’t rate Ramsdale but I think that it was very difficult to get the player to transfer. The goalkeeper market was very quiet.”
While it’s not gone through just yet, it does appear that Aaron Ramsdale will become a Southampton player.
What’s going on with Arsenal’s pursuit of an attacker?
The Gunners are in the market for an attacker as the window winds down as Arteta seeks reinforcements to add squad depth to his side.
Kingsley Coman is wanted at Arsenal in an attempt to provide more cover for the likes of Bukayo Saka and Gabriel Martinelli.
However, different sources are relaying different things so it remains to be seen as to whether that’s a deal that progresses as the day goes on.
