The January transfer window is now shut but Tottenham Hotspur were involved until the final moments.

Ange Postecoglou’s side simply needed reinforcements in January. Their unfavourable position in the Premier League table was enough to realise incomings were a necessity at the Tottenham Hotspur Stadium.

Mathys Tel to Spurs was the big story of the day. After numerous links to a variety of clubs, including bitter rivals Arsenal, Tel decided to follow in Bayern teamma𒁏te ꧃Harry Kane’s footsteps and move to the white side of North London.

Prior to deadline day, Kevin Danso joined from Lens, initially on loan with an obligation to buy, whilst Yang Min-hyeok and Ant💯onin Kinsky also joined Spurs’ ranks.
