Everton winger Yannick Bolasie comments on reported Leeds interest
that there has been no contact with Leeds United over a potential move from Everton to Elland Road – but did state that “you never know” what will happen in regards to his future.
TeamTalk claimed last week that Leeds are interested in the 29-year-old winger. He is currently on loan at Belgian side Anderlecht, after a difficult spell on loan with Aston Villa earlier this season.
The DR Congo international is seemingly surplus to requirements at Goodison Park under Marco Silva. The Portuguese manager signed Bernard and Richarlison last summer, pushing Bolasie down the pecking order.
Bolasie, who joined Everton in the summer of 2016 from Crystal Palace for a fee of £28million (), responded when asked if he could potentially move to Elland Road this summer.

“Have I spoken to Bielsa? I have never heard about that, frankly,” . “I’m happy to be here and that’s what counts. Will I stay? You never know.”
TBR’s view
Gaining promotion very much remains in the sights of Leeds United and planning for the Premier League is key. Yes, Bolasie has enormous potential in England’s top flight.
Bolasie has turned out 119 times in the Premier League for both Crystal Palace and Everton. But it must be remembered that his career is dwindling, and he only managed two goals in 21 Championship games for Aston Villa.
His contract and transfer fee are likely to be somewhat large. So would Bolasie be a good signing? For what he would coast owner Andrea Radrizzani, probably not.
