The star has scored goals pretty much wherever he has been, and it is easy to see why teams might be interested.

Everton have had real problems finding the back of the net since the departure of Romelu Lukaku in 2017, but any signing of Immobile would see the Toffees finally replace the Belgian and his goalscoring prowess.

Lukaku had three seasons as a permanent Everton player and scored 20 or more in each campaign. Even in his loan spell, he scored 16 in all competitions.

Immobile may be pushing 30, but he is deadlier than ever in front of goal and could be a genuine means of Everton becoming a more potent force in the final third again.
