Everton should reignite interest in Burnley attacker Dwight McNeil
Everton need to kick on during Marco Silva’s second season in charge and there should be some increased pressure at Goodison Park.
The Merseyside club need to be pushing for the European spots, but are perhaps still looking a little short in the attacking positions.
Richarlison, Bernard and Theo Walcott are some of the option for the wide areas, but the Toffees need more in the final third.
Everton were previously interested in Burnley attacker Dwight McNeil and they should consider reigniting the chase for him.
The reported back in April that Everton were eyeing the 19-year-old alongside Manchester City, Arsenal and Newcastle United.
The now reports that Newcastle want to pay £15million to take him to St James’ Park this summer, but that he’s valued at around £30million.

McNeil would be an excellent signing for Everton to pursue and they should try make it happen this summer.
The Englishman is a skilful winger that had a breakout year at Turf Moor last year and massively impressed in the top-flight.
He was directly involved in eight goals in just 21 Premier League games and caught the eye.
The Burnley teenager certainly would add some more firepower to Everton’s attack with his dribbling and directness in the final third,
McNeil’s price tag will surely rise if he keeps developing on the same trajectory over the next year, so Everton should try swoop in now.
