Everton should consider move for Watford-linked Kim Min Jae
Watford are interested in signing defender Kim Min Jae from Beijing Guoan – but perhaps Everton should consider getting involved.
, the Hornets have been impressed by the 22-year-old’s form over in the Chinese Super League.
The 6ft 3in South Korea international has apparently earned nicknames such as ‘The Monster’ and the ‘Korean van Dijk’ for the way he is able to dominate at the back.

Watford have been interested in the player for a while, but perhaps Everton should consider an approach of their own.
Everton are very light at the back, with Marco Silva’s only options being Yerry Mina, Michael Keane and Mason Holgate at the moment.
With Chelsea likely to retain the services of Kurt Zouma through the winter window, it is probable the Toffees will have to look elsewhere to strengthen.
TBR’s view – Kim a cost-effective, long-term option
With the CSL wrapping up on December 1, it’s a good opportunity for Everton to make contact with Guoan over Kim before the January window.

The likelihood is that he would not cost very much since he plays his football over in the Far East, and aged just 22 he would certainly fit in with director of football Marcel Brands’ transfer policy.
The star has an effortless style about him, and appears very comfortable in possession, as well as obviously having a solid physique.
