Everton should consider Allan move as PSG chase Gueye

Everton midfielder Idrissa Gueye remains a target for Paris Saint-Germain.

PSG were thought to have made a £22 million bid for the midfield dynamo, no such offer has been made.

Rabiot is out of contract at the end of the season and the feeling is that he could be allowed to move this month on the cheap to avoid leaving for free.

Gueye is thought to be the number one replacement for Rabiot, after establishing himself as a top tackling Premier League midfielder over the last couple of years.

If Everton are feeling the pressure to keep him, then they should perhaps consider looking at Napoli’s Allan.

Allan would be a perfect replacement

Everton have actually been scouting the Brazilian this season , as well as his teammates Arka Milik and Kalidou Koulibaly.

With Gueye being chased, perhaps Everton ought to now consider making a move for the tenacious dynamo, .

Everton’s stance is that they don’t want to lose Gueye, but PSG could well chuck in a tantalising offer for a player who is almost 30.

Should they come to a decision that selling would be for the best, then Allan would be a superb replacement.

The enforcer is an excellent all-rounder who is fierce in the tackle and deadly accurate with his short passing.
