Zouma and Gomes update
Everton take on Cardiff City in the Premier League tomorrow night and Marco Silva has been discussing the fixture in his press conference this afternoon.
He covered a number of topics but would not be drawn on the compensation agreement with Watford.
He was asked about the futures of both Kurt Zouma and Andre Gomes. The loanees are at the club on loan from Chelsea and Barcelona respectively and have impressed at times this season.
He said the situation was ‘out of their hands’ regarding the pair’s long-term futures. It comes as suggest Barcelona want €20 million (£17.4 million) for the Portuguese midfielder.

Dowell backed
Sheffield United boss Chris Wilder has been discussing the form of Everton loanee Kieran Dowell.
the Blades boss stated that the England under-21 international has been ‘outstanding’ for the club since his arrival in January.
Dowell is helping the Championship side push for promotion to the Premier League.
Pennington interest
Derby County are likely to return for Matthew Pennington in the summer, . The Rams tried to sign him on loan in January but his current loan club Ipswich Town prevented any move.
