Everton man says reported Liverpool target is ‘unbelievable’, a ‘top, top player’

Everton loanee Jonjoe Kenny has described reported Liverpool target Jadon Sancho as a “top, top player” as the two players prepare to lock horns this afternoon.

The claimed in February that the Reds had informed Borussia Dortmund of their desire to sign the England international later this year.

Numerous other elite clubs have also been linked with Sancho, including Manchester United, Real Madrid, Paris Saint-Germain and Chelsea ().

Sancho has helped Dortmund to second in the Bundesliga table, just four points behind Bayern Munich, as the league prepares to return this weekend.

Individually, the 20-year-old has weighed in with a simply remarkable 31 goals and 42 assists from just 90 first-team games.

Dortmund and Kenny’s Schalke face off in the Ruhrderby this afternoon as the Bundesliga returns following its suspension due to the global health crisis.

“What Jadon has done is unbelievable – he is a top, top player,” the Goodison Park academy graduate told .
