Everton fans react as Yerry Mina missed training with knee problem
Everton fans have shown their concern on social media after it was reported defender Yerry Mina had to miss training on Wednesday ().
The Colombia international was forced off in the late stages of the club’s 2-0 win over West Ham United last weekend.

The 25-year-old supposedly has a knee problem, and appears doubtful for the upcoming game with Brighton.
Everton can’t afford to lose Mina, with the £28 million signing having been a colossus for the Toffees this term.
The South American has been a standout performer for Marco Silva, and fans are hopeful it’s nothing too serious – although the player’s poor record with injuries makes the situation a concern.
Everton have very little depth in terms of centre-halves, with Mason Holgate the only deputy following Jean-Philippe Gbamin’s setback.

Mina’s fragility could well influence Silva to dip into the transfer market in January, with Kurt Zouma obviously a favourite a Goodison following his loan spell last season.

Big Yerry Mina missing training today with a knee injury he picked up late in the day against West Ham, doesn’t bode well for the weekend. Hopefully he’ll be fit for Brighton.

It’s our own fault for not going out and buying a CB. We knew this problem was going to occur
