Traore is a pacey wide player that was directly involved in 16 goals in 48 games across all competitions for Lyon this campaign.
He was even more prolific in the 2017/18 campaign, scoring 18 times and supplying seven assists in 43 games.
The 23-year-old came up against Everton twice in that season in the Europa League group stages and managed to net in both fixtures.

A selection of Toffees fans on social media are convinced that he could make an impact at Goodison Park if given a chance.
They remembered his stunning displays against them from the past and he also has experience of playing in England with former club Chelsea.
The winger would compete against the likes of Ademola Lookman, Richarlison, Bernard and Theo Walcott if he did move to Merseyside.
Here are some Everton fans keen to sign Traore:
Single handedly sent Martina and Williams out on loan to Stoke last season.

Ripped us to pieces in the Europa league. Light years ahead of Walcott & Lookman. Good age, scores and creates, has re-sale value.

Has a bit of the Mo Salah’s about him, but obviously more inconsistent, a very left footed right sided player, given how much he’s likely to cost – if he comes – I can’t see him not being a big part of the team. So would it signal a change of position for Richarlison to CF

Left footed right winger, looks good and strong on the ball, if malcom and neres are a 100% no chance then yes I’d take him.
— Joe Ainscough (@JAinscough7)
Good player, played well against us
— Mikey Rawlins (@ScouseJesus)
Yes and he has got a left foot, but no more than £25 million
— Ian Macdonald (@MacdoonJnr)
Yes – backup Bernard on the left nicely ?
— Rich (@Footy_Rich)
Yep if Marcel Brands and Silva think he’s good enough who am I to argue
