England face Finland on Tuesday night following a decisive away victory against the Republic of Ireland in Dublin.

They might soon be joined by Tino Livramento and Noni Madueke, who were also called up to the nationalไ team for this month’s UEFA Nations League clashes.

Interim boss Carsley is not expected to introduce a raft of changes for 🍃the visit of Finland in the UEFA Nations League.

Instead, the bulk of the changes should take place in defence, with Rico Lewis, John Stones and Ezri Konsa coming into the starting XI in place of Levi Colwilꦉl, Marc Guehi and Harry Maguire.

A shake-up in midfield is also p🍎redicted, with Lille’s Angel Gomes replacing Manchester United🍒 youngster Kobbie Mainoo.

Predicted England XI vs Finland (4-2-3-1):

England eye UEFA Nations League promotion

While there are bigger tests to come for England,ꦯ Carsley will be determined to help the Three Lions return to League A of the UEFA Nations League. To do so, they must top Group B2 ahead of the Republic of Ireland, Greece and Finland.

Greece currently top the group after beating Finland 3-0 on Saturday, and wi෴ll play the Republic of Ireland in Dublin on Tuesday night.

Speaking of his selection policy for the Finland test, Carsley stated on Monday (via the ): “We’ll make two or three changes, freshen the team up a bit. I’m looki⛄ng forward to th𝓰e game. If you make 11 changes, it maybe sends out the wrong signal. I don’t see wholesale changes.

“Some players are still in that pre-season phase given their time off over the s🅷ummer, so we have to manage that.”

Crucially for the England manager, there are no fresh injury concerns ahead of Tuesday’s game, wꦰith all 23 players training on Monday.
