Emile Smith Rowe says he’d actually love to play with £16m player Arsenal sold who ‘could do everything’

Having come through the Arsenal academy, most of Emile Smith Rowe’s heroes would have likely played for the Gunners.

With the now-Fulham midfielder being a creative player as well, he would especially been influenced by some of the elite attackers Arsenal had at their disposal when🎀 he was growing up such as Dennis Bergkamp and Thierry Henry.

Watching the likes of Bergkamp, Henry and even other superstars such as Robert Pires at the time would have inspired Emile Smith Rowe to entertain supporters from day one.

The England international certainly does when he pl⭕ays the game with his silky technique, ability to drive past defenders and score goals making him a very exciting player.

Speaking to the Premier League’s official YouTube channel, Smith Rowe, who Paul Merson raved about was quizzed about which one player to have ever played in the English top-flight would he love to play w𝐆ith.

Emile Smith Rowe says he would love to play with Thierry Henry

Smith Rowe was spoilt for choice, with Gunners greats such Thierry Henry and Cesc Fabregas being potential answers for him as꧙ well as greats from other clubs.

The Premier League boasts of having ܫgiven a footballing stage for some of the greatest player𓆉s of all time.

Manchester Unite🐬d great Cristiano Ronaldo, who is widely considered one of, if not the best player in the♉ history of the game played in England for several years as well.

Having studied the game from a young age, Smith Rowe could have picked players to have play🦹ed in his position such as Kevin De Bruyne and Mesut Ozil as well.

However, the 24-year-old ♛ended up opting for Thierry Henry, who left Arsenal in a deal worth £16 million () to join Barcelona where the Fulham star was a child.

“I’d have to say Thierry Henry. I♐t felt like he could do everything, you know? Obviously, everyone knew how good he was and knows how to score goals and he knows create goals for other players, so for me, he was a team player.”

“So, just being in and around him and givi⛎ng him the ball to just go do his thing or I’m running iꦡn the box for him to play.”

In the documentary, , Thierr⛦y Henry admitted that he could relate and identify with players like Smith Rowe and Bukayo Saka because they possessed the club’s DNA.

Henry said at the time: “And I hope the people of the club know who they’re playing for and where I can relate and identify myself💧 with this team is with Bukayo Saka and Emile Smith Rowe because I can see on their forehead that it is written Arsenal Football Club.”

Smith Rowe would have appreciated the great man’s kind wordsꦬ.

But that now the Englishman seems to have fully settled into life at Fulham, ꦅhis sights will be set on helping Marco Silva’s side finish even higher than eighth place in what has ꦍbeen a tremendous season for them.
