Drameh and Gelhardt start – Leeds predicted XI vs Arsenal
Leeds United go into Tuesday’s Carabao Cup tie with Arsenal with some much-needed momentum following the conclusion of their latest Premier League game on Saturday.
The Whites were superb in the latter stages of their draw with Wolves. And a stoppage-time penalty from Rodrigo saw them earn a share of the points.

It was the Spaniard who equalised. But there is surely no question that the catalyst for the turnaround was Joe Gelhardt, who came on with 28 minutes remaining.
He had Leeds’ best attempt before the penalty. And it was his run that led to Nelson Semedo bundling the 19-year-old over inside the area.
He even came close to finding a winner with one of the final kicks of the game.
And with that, Tuesday’s tie at the Emirates appears to be the ideal opportunity to hand Gelhardt that first start for Leeds.
There were some incredibly exciting glimpses between himself and Rodrigo. So the club’s record signing may keep his place, with the pair switching between the striker and number 10 role.

The other headline inclusion may perhaps be Cody Drameh. The right-back has been knocking on the door some time. And with Jamie Shackleton needed while Luke Ayling is sidelined, it may be a good chance to see what Drameh can do.
Elsewhere, Adam Forshaw makes a start in the holding midfield role in front of a youthful centre-back pairing of Pascal Struijk and Charlie Cresswell.
