‘Done deal’: Fabrizio Romano claims Leeds have just signed another player
Fabrizio Romano has claimed that Leeds United have got the Rasmus Kristensen deal over the line.
The Whites haven’t wasted any time in bolstering their ranks this summer.
Leeds have already signed Brenden Aaronson, and now Kristensen is all-but set for Elland Road too.
Romano that Leeds have reached full agreement with Red Bull Salzburg over the 24-year-old.
The Denmark international will undergo his medical tomorrow, added the transfer insider.
Romano declared the deal “done” and “confirmed”, saying Kristensen “joins Leeds on a permanent deal”.
Kristensen is set to be the second player to join Leeds from Salzburg – one of Jesse Marsch’s former clubs – this summer.
The Elland Road outfit has beaten Borussia Dortmund to the six-cap Denmark international, according to .
The Whites have moved for a new right-back following injuries to Stuart Dallas and Luke Ayling.
Both players are currently recovering from surgery and look likely to miss the start of next season.
Robin Koch did well there towards the end of last season, but he is not a long-term solution.
And neither Cody Drameh or Jamie Shackleton have had a long run of games in the Premier League.
Therefore, Kristensen is a much-needed addition for Leeds, and better still, he’s a player who Marsch knows well and rates very highly.
