Dominic Solanke says £22m Tottenham player is genuinely the best finisher at Spurs

Dominic Solanke is getting to grips with his Tottenham teammates after his summer move to Spurs.

Solanke was signed from Bournemouth for £65m as Ange Postecoglouꦑ finally found his new number nine to replace Harry Kane.

While Solanke is set to be Tottenham’s🤡 new first-choice striker, the former Liverpool ace has conceded that there is a player in the squad who is better than him at finishing.

Speaking to Sky Sports on TikTok, Solanke named Heung-Min Son as the best finisher at the football club.

Who is the best finisher at Spurs? 👀🎯

Dominic Solanke says Heung-Min Son is Tottenham’s best finisher

The striker spoke about his teammate.

🐷“Who is the best finisher at Tottenham?” Solanke was asked.

🐻“I would probably say Sonny. It’s something rare to be so good. Right foot and left foot. Not many players can do that,” Solanke said.

♔“To be both footed and be great at finishing on both of them is incredible.”

ജSolanke also noted Son’s leadership skills when speaking to Sky Sports.

𒁏“He’s a great leader. One of the nicest guys I have met, to be honest,” Solanke said.

꧒“On the pitch, you see what he does on the weekends and it’s exactly the same in training.”

Heung-Min Son is incredible

🦂Solanke says that Son is an incredible finisher, and he’s not wrong.

🌄The South Korean won the Premier League Golden Boot back in the 2021/22 season, netting 23 goals on his way to the award.

🅺Meanwhile, Son has hit double figures in terms of goals in each of his last eight seasons for Tottenham.

⛄The South Korean has hit the ground running this season, scoring two goals in three games to open the campaign.

🍸The attacker will hope to continue that form against Arsenal this weekend in the north London derby.

🅠As for Solanke, injury issues have limited him to just one appearance for Tottenham so far this season, and he’ll want to start repaying the faith shown in him once he returns from his current injury issue.

🎶Solanke certainly has the ability to go toe-to-toe with Son and challenge him at the top of the Spurs goalscoring charts this season.
