Dominic Calvert-Lewin says he’s learning from Duncan Ferguson
Everton striker Dominic Calvert-Lewin appears to be relishing life in the Premier League at the moment.
The English youngster has finally earned manager Marco Silva’s trust, and has started the last six top flight matches.
Calvert-Lewin started the season in and out of the team, with Silva experimenting between him, Richarlison and Cenk Tosun for the central striking role.

It appears he has won the battle, with Richarlison having been shifted out to a right wing position, and Tosun left on the bench most weeks.
The star is growing in confidence, and has revealed recent improvements are in-part down to the influence of Everton icon Duncan Ferguson.
Calvert-Lewin told Match of the Day 2, : “He (Ferguson) helps me out a lot.
“I’m putting myself about on the pitch and that’s something that he used to do.
“I work a lot with him everyday, working on my finishing and things like that.”
TBR’s view
Calvert-Lewin’s all-round game is definitely improving week on week.
Ferguson was a brilliantly effective striker for Everton across his two spells and his influence on Calvert-Lewin’s development could be key.

The Premier League is very physical, but the 22-year-old has been showing he is more than capable and is not afraid of battling imposing defenders.
Ferguson was a big threat in the air and the same can be said for Calvert-Lewin, who has eight goals this season.
Ferguson was also brilliant at holding the ball up and that is something Calvert-Lewin is getting much better at.
