Did the wrong player depart Arsenal this summer after latest Kolasinac showing?
It was yet another tough outing for Arsenal’s Sead Kolasinac.
The Bosnia international got the nod to play at left-back against Manchester United in the Premier League on Monday night, much to the surprise of the Gunners faithful.
With Kieran Tierney having featured against Nottingham Forest last week, many anticipated the Scot would be thrown in from the start against the Red Devils.

But Tierney was surprisingly left out of the traveling squad and Kolasinac was give another chance.
The 26-year-old really struggled against Bukayo Saka and Nicolas Pepe, and serious questions are now being asked of the burly full-back.
His form is a worry, and perhaps the club may currently be regretting the departure of Nacho Monreal this summer.
TBR’s view
Many Arsenal fans were sorry to see Monreal leave the club for Real Sociedad this summer.

The Spaniard never gave anything less than 100% and was generally very consistent for the Gunners.
Kolasinac is still having trouble convincing people of his quality, which is a worry given he is now into his third season at the Emirates.
Defensively, he is very suspect – a side of Monreal’s game that was never often questioned.
He may be 33, but perhaps he and his experience would have served the club better than the inconsistent Kolasinac.
