Destiny Udogie and Pape Sarr fitness update shared ahead of Crystal Palace clash
Journalist Dan Kilpatrick has shared what someone at Tottenham Hot🐠spur has told him about Destiny Udogie and Pape Matar Sarr’s fitness ahead of Friday’s match agains💯t Crystal Palace.
Kilpatrick speaking on The Tottenham Way Podcast after another impressive victory from Ange Postecoglou’s team.
James Maddison was unsurprisingly player of t🌄he match once again and looked a level above everyone else on the pitch.
He scored the second goal of the night after Son Heung-min pounced on a mistake🅘 in the first half to open the scoring.
Maddison was joined in midfield by an unfamiliar combination of Pape Matar Sarr and Pierre-Emileဣ Hojbjerg after Yves Bissouma’s suspension.
S♋arr lasted just an hour before being replaced by 🌞Oliver Skipp but it wasn’t the first change Postecoglou was forced into.

Minutes before Destiny Udogie was brought off immediately after Son’s goal with🎐 Emerson Royal comin💜g on in his place.
Kilpatriᩚᩚᩚᩚᩚᩚᩚᩚᩚ𒀱ᩚᩚᩚck h♎as now shared what he’s heard from the club about whether Sarr and Udogie will be available to face Crystal Palace.
Tottenham fওace their tightest turnaround between matches this season as they kick off the next matchday on Friday evening.
Udogie and Sarr update provided ahead of Palace clash
Asked about whether the pair would be fit, :🤡 “I mean Ange [Postecoglou] spoke about this after the game and he said that [Pape Matar🌠] Sarr had been ill over the past few days and hadn’t been 100%.
“So, it was always expected tꦰha𒁃t he would play 60 or 70 minutes.
“[Destiny] Udogie I 🍸think felt tightness somewhere in a muscle and given that Spurs were 2-0 up, [Ange] Postecoglou didn’t want to take any risks and hooked him.
“I think the feeling this morning j⭕ust from chatting to someone at the club is that they would both be OK for Friday.”

Postecoglou admitted that Sarr was desperate to play last night despite his illness which shows just how much he’s enjoyi♔ng playing in this team right now.
It’s unsurprising that Sarr will be fit to face Palace as he should recover from 🐷illness but Udogie being available is a real boost.
Postecoglou had no reason to risk 🍨him with Fulham barely threatening going forward, although the visitors did get in a couple of times when Emerson Royal came on.
The Australian is already being asked whether Spurs can win the Premier League and gave a very predictable answer.
But this is the first time in years that Tottenham fans ar🦄e being allowed to dream and having their best players available for every game is only going to boost their chances of doing something incredible.
