Dejan Kulusevski says he’s formed ‘special bond’ with £8m Tottenham player
Tottenham Hotspur are now preparing for the first instalment of the North London Derby which will take place on home soil.
Ange Postecoglou has not tasted victory against Arsenal yet with Tottenham only taking a point from the Gunners last season.
However, the Lilywhites may well be going into the game on Sunday with a slight advantage given some of the absences expected for Mikel Arteta’s side.
But it has been a shaky start to the season for Spurs who have only been able to take four points from their opening three games.
Perhaps Postecoglou could look to make some changes over the weekend with questions being asked of players like James Maddison last time out.
And there is one player who Dejan Kulusevski has said he’s formed a really string partnership with over the early stages of the new season.

Dejan Kulusevski impressed by Tottenham signing
The early signs this season have shown Spurs are capable of creating the chances in front of goal but there are questions over taking those chances.
However, it is still early days in the careers of some of the latest arrivals in north London with Spurs investing in some really exciting prospects.
One exciting youngster is Archie Gray who has really impressed the likes of Postecoglou behind the scenes.
Another of those is the Lucas Bergvall and his compatriot Kulusevski has admitted the pair have formed a solid partnership already.
“First of all, it’s so fun to have him here and it’s the first time I’ve had a Swedish team-mate here at the Club,” Deki told the club .
“It’s very nice to have him here and with me on the national team because he deserves to be there. He’s doing really good and he came very well prepared physically. Then mentally, he’s just a young man who wants to express himself playing football and that’s a good quality because it’s important that he has fun when he’s playing.
“We’ve created a special bond together because we knew each other from before. But when you’re with someone everyday, you learn everything about them and we spend a lot of time together so it’s a great relationship that’s started.
“It was nice to share the pitch with him and I had this extra special feeling against FC Bayern when he assisted me for a goal so it’s things like that. But it’s only the beginning because when you have a great friendship away from the pitch usually it shows on the pitch and I’m sure that together we will do great things for the Club and our country as well.”
Tottenham kept Dejan Kulusevski to help Lucas Bergvall settle
TBR Football understands there was some interest in Kulusevski over the summer but Tottenham were keen to keep him at the club.
Kulusevski was viewed as a key part in helping Bergvall to settle in to life in north London after making the move at the start of the summer.
TBR sources have claimed there was interest from some of Italy’s top sides during the window but Spurs were in no rush to move the Swede on.
Newcastle United were also with Kulusevski over the summer as they eyed a move for a new right winger.
