Still only 18, Bergvall has already clocked up 34 appearances at senior level for Djurgarden in Sweden – having a hand in 11 goals. He will officially move to Tottenham at the end of the current campaign.
Costing , Bergvall joins a Tottenham side where Ange Postecoglou is willing to give chances to younger players. Jamie Donley and Dane Scarlett both getting game time during the 23-24 season.
Bergvall has even been likened to Zlatan Ibrahimovic, and the noise coming from over in his home country is that Spurs have got themselves a future gem. That is all to look forward to, for Tottenham.

Dejan Kulusevski talks Lucas Bergvall ahead of Tottenham move
Right now, Bergvall is with Sweden’s U21 side for the March break – where they will take on Cyprus and then Macedonia. Another chance for Bergvall to show the incredible talent he is being talked up to be.
Kulusevski, meanwhile, is with Sweden’s National Team as Jon Dahl Tomasson embarks on his first games in charge. His Sweden side go to Portugal before hosting Albania, both of which are friendlies.
Speaking to Swedish newspaper this week, Kulusevski spoke of his delight that Bergvall – after speaking to the teen – chose Spurs over Barcelona. He is also excited at the prospect of Bergvall.
“No absolutely not,” Kulusevski said, when asked about Barcelona’s interest. “It’s not easy to get into a position where you can choose. It was entirely his decision, but I was really happy he chose Tottenham.
“It will come [a senior Sweden call-up]. He’s good enough to be here, I think. He is a really good player, you saw that in the derby this weekend as well. It must take time. He has to play well in the U21 team.”

What Tottenham fans can expect from wonderkid Bergvall
Many comparisons have been made – like Ibrahimovic. Some have even likened Bergvall to that of Jude Bellingham. Johan Lange has backed Bergvall to break straight into the first team at Spurs next term.
An attacking midfielder, with a 6ft 2in frame, Bergvall will be pushing to break into the first team under Postecoglou next season. A real talent, but he will have plenty ahead of him in the Spurs pecking order.
Bergvall will continue his development in Sweden before heading to North London in the summer, as he looks to embark on a career in the Premier League. The playmaker could be a real steal, for Tottenham.
