Declan Rice delivers two-word verdict on Cole Palmer’s display for Chelsea on Monday night

Once again, it was the Cole Palmer show for Chelsea on Monday night as he netted four goals for Mauricio Pochettino’s side in a 6-0 win against Everton at Stamford Bridge – and Declan Rice reacted.

A neat oneꩲ-two with Nicolas Jackson, Palmer curled home. He he🦋aded home a rebound to make it 2-0, before lobbing Jordan Pickford from all of 40 yards after a huge mistake from his England teammate.

In the second half, he scored a penalty – after Jackson and Noni Madueke embarrassingly tried to take it, Palmer having won the penalty. Jackson and Alfie Gilc🃏hrist also got their names on the score sheet.

Chels🦩ea have now gone unbeaten in eight league games and sit in ninth place in the table, but are just three points off sixth. They have a game in handဣ over Newcastle and Man United, two over West Ham.

With their current form and the goals being scored by Palmer, Pochettino’s men could throw theꦓmselves into Europe next se🎀ason – depending on how the coefficient lands, and which places guarantee Europe.
