David Seaman thinks 25-year-old Tottenham player could get a red card vs Arsenal on Sunday
Tottenham Hotspur take on Arsenal this weekend, and David Seaman thinks one Spurs player could end up getting a red card.
The North London Derby on Sunday is arguably the big♐gest in 🌼years.
Arsenal have to win the game to stay in the Premier League title race, while Tottenham need t𒅌he points to have a chance of pipping Aston Villa to fourth in the table.
Mikel Arteta and Ange Postecoglou will both go for a win this🎉 weekend, and that should make this derby a really🃏 good one to watch.
Seaman, who has played in a number of these derbies, believes one p🐻layer is likely to get sent off on Sunday.

David Seaman agrees with interesting claim about Cristian Romero
Tottenham vs Arsenal is one of the fier🀅cest derbies in England.
The two sets of supporters have no love for each other, and both sides will accept n🌳othing but a win when they meet at the Totte✃nham Hotspur Stadium this Sunday.
Arsenal may go into t💛he game this weekend as the slight favourites.
The Gunners have been incredible in the Premier League in 2024, winning 14 of their 16 games. They have scored 45 goals and have conceded juꦰst six, which is just remarkable.
However, Spurs have had all the rest ꦓin the world – they last played on the 13th of April, which is🍷 almost two full weeks ago.
Irrespective of who the favourites are to win the game, it will be a great watch on Sunday, and David Seaman has just agreed with a very interesting claim about one Tottenham player – Cristian Romero.
The Arsenal legend’s podcast co-host Lynsey Hooper claimed on : “I just hope the game doesn’t ✱get ruined by something like that, by a red card.
“If anyone is going to get a red card, I think it could be Romero. It would be more likel💦y a Spurs player, I think.”
Seaman was in full agreement. He said: “Yeah, ꦛexactly. But he can get that against anybody, it’s not just againstౠ Arsenal. Yeah, I think you’re right.”
Reckless Romero has shown surprise improvement
Tottenham fans will argue thatꦉ Cristian Ro🙈mero is one of the best centre-backs in the Premier League.
The Argentine international has formed a terrific partnership with Micky van de Ven, and thౠe two of them are Ange Postecoglou’s undisputed first-choice starts at the heart of the defence.
One criticism that has always been levied on Romero is about his discipline. The 25-year-old can be reckless at times, and he was previously labelled as a ‘liability’ by Jamie O’Hara for getting red cards and costing his side.
In his first 🐼two seasons at Tottenham, Romero picked up 22 yellow cards and three reds. An argument can be made that he got lucky and avoided being sent off on a few more occasions as well.
Many felt he would never change his ways.
However, this season, Romero🦩 has shown serious improvement, which is a surprise to many. Yes, he did receive a red card against Chelsea, but apart from that, he has seen just six yellow card🔯s all season.
Ange Postecoglou must have definitely had a word with Romero, and whatever he said seems to have worked🦄.
