David Moyes puts himself up for job at European giants after leaving West Ham
David Moyes left his position as West Ham manager in the summer, and the Scottish coach is yet to return to the game since the decision.
Having led the Hammers to a European title and consecutive top-seven finishes in the Premier League, Moyes is now seemingly taking a well-deserved break from the game having enjoyed a successful period with West Ham.
With Moyes’ name being thrown about for the Everton job, though, there’s a real chance that the former Manchester United and Sunderland boss could be back in management sooner than most fans h🔥aဣve originally thought.
And Moyes could now be in c꧅ontention for one of the biggest jobs in European football.
Moyes’ name in the mix for potential AC Milan job
According to the print edition of [19/09, pg 25], Moyes’ name has been put forward by agents as a potential candidate to take over from Paulo Fonseca at AC Milan, with a ma𝕴nagerial change already in✱ the pipeline.
The Portuguese coach has endured a tough start with the Rossoneri after b𓄧eing appointed this summer, with Liverpool beating Milan this week 3-1 at the San Siro in what was another poor showing for Fonseca.
And Moyes’ name is now in the mix to take𝓰 over from the former LOSC Lille manager, though as per Gazzetta, there’s a good chance that Milan will look at other candidates rather than the former West Ham boss.
Indeed, Moyes is no stranger to managing abroad having once taken the hot seat at Real Sociedad, yet the Scottish coach taking over at Milan would be nothing short of extraordinary, and a decision that a lot of fo﷽otball fans would love to see.
Moyes looks destined to take a Premier League job this season
Whilst Moyes has the credentials to take on a big job in Europe, Milan would be nothinꦦg short of a step too far for the former Hammer given how big the Italian giants are and the issues the 61-year-old manager would encounter at the San 🌳Siro.
Moreover, it looks likely that Moyes could be set for another job in the Premier League this season, with the Scottish manager seemingly not done yet with the English top-flight after so much ꦏsuccess with🌜 West Ham.
With Sean Dyche’s position at Everton on the ropes, Moyes could be the one to replace the former Burnley man at Goodison Park, with 🔯the Toffees’ likely to target their most successful coach in Premier League history in what is setting up to be another difficult year.
