Darren Bent suggests Tottenham have a £22m attacker who’s much better than Phil Foden
Darren Bent has claimed t🐎hat there’s no way he’d have Manchester City star Phil Foden over Tottenham Hotspur’s Son Heung-min in his side.
The Premier League is back this weekend, and there are all sorts of debates going around on TV, radio and sꦿocial media.
One such debate on centred on Foden yesterday. Bent was asked to choose between the Manchester City attacker and Tottenham star Son.

Manchester City star Phil Foden is one of the most talented p𒅌layers in England and has been for a few years now.
The Englishman has the potential to be absoluteꦜly elite, and some of his performances for Pep Guardiola’s side over the years have been nothing short of remarkabl꧙e.
However, Foden is 23 now, and he’s still not a regular starter. Yes, he’s at the best club in the world wher💛e he’s surrounded by incredible players, but based on the potential he showed a few years ago, he should’ve been a world-beater by now.
Sadly for him, he is a substitute more often than not at the Etihad, which gave rise to a debate yesterday on if Foden woul💧d start ahead of other big clubs’ left-wingers.
Bent was asked to pick between the Manchester City man and Son Heung-min, and he answered without any hesitation.
When And🎶y G🍨oldstein asked: “Does he (Foden) go above Son?”
Bent replied: “Ooh🍌, no. I don’t think so. No way!”

We completely agree with Bent here.
Yes, Foden is a terrific player and there’s no debate when it comes to who has won more trophies between himself and 💎Tottenham star Son, but the £22 million () South Korean has done a lot more over the years.
Last se🅘ason was Son’s worst as a Tottenham player and he played in a team that was falling apart. Yet, he managed to score 14 goals, just one less than what Foden got while playing for t🅷he best team in the world.
As things stand, Son def꧙initely starts ahead of Foden, and it’s not even close.
