Tottenham’s Daniel Levy has personally called rival club’s chairman and is trying to sign their ‘unstoppable’ star
Tottenham Hotspur need new signings as soon as possible.
Spurs announced that Mathys Tel has joined the club permanently, but they are yet to bring in more players to help Thomas Frank in his debut season.
Tottenham supporters are becoming slightly impatient with the speed of their side’s transfer proceedings, but Daniel Levy is working behind the scenes.
The Spurs chairman is personally pushing to get one deal done in the coming days.
Tottenham’s Daniel Levy has personally called West Ham chairman to sign Mohammed Kudus
Tottenham and West Ham United haven’t done any senior transfer business in over a decade.
That could finally change in this summer’s transfer window as Spurs have made Mohammed Kudus one of their top targets.
The Ghana international, hailed as ‘unstoppable’ by the Europa League’s social channels, is expected to leave the London Stadium this summer, and he is of interest to several clubs in England and abroad.
However, TBR Football revealed that Levy is a big fan of Kudus and wants to sign him for Tottenham.
Now, have claimed that Levy has been in direct contact with West Ham chairman David Sullivan to strike a deal for Kudus.
The report says that Spurs have started negotiations at £50 million for the versatile attacker, but the Hammers insist that any bid in that region is ‘a long way from an acceptable level’.
It remains to be seen if Levy will be prepared to pay more, as Kudus is open to a move to Tottenham this summer.

Tottenham fans will love Mohammed Kudus’ record vs Arsenal
If Tottenham do manage to get the Kudus deal over the line in the coming weeks, he will be a part of their pre-season tour.
One of the Ghana international’s first games will be against Arsenal in Hong Kong in what will be the first North London Derby in history to be played outside England.
Luckily for Spurs fans, Kudus’ record vs Arsenal is fantastic.
The 24-year-old has played four games against the Gunners and has won three of them. He was also involved in Myles Lewis-Skelly being sent off the last time he faced them.
Tottenham haven’t beaten Arsenal in over three years — signing Kudus could change that.
