Crystal Palace fans react as Leeds reportedly Patrick van Aanholt

A number of Crystal Palace fans have taken to Twitter to comment on that Leeds want Patrick van Aanholt this summer.

Van Aanholt’s future at Selhurst Park looks to be up in the air. As noted by the Sunday Mirror, he is out of contract with the Eagles at the end of the season.

And he is attracting attention. , Leeds are monitoring his situation with Marcelo Bielsa seemingly keen to sign a specialised left-back this summer.

There has been an interesting reaction to the reports amongst the Palace fans. Some Leeds supporters may feel a little concerned by the apparent lack of desire to see the 30-year-old handed a new deal by Palace.

However, plenty of Eagles fans clearly think that he could be an outstanding addition to Leeds’s ranks should he move to Elland Road.

The Dutchman has shown that he is capable of moments of sheer brilliance during his career. And some believe that working with Bielsa could be a game-changer for the defender.

They are convinced that the Leeds boss could take van Aanholt’s game to the next level. And that should seriously encourage Whites fans if he does end up moving on this summer.
