Aaron Wan-Bissaka moving to Bayern Munich would be bad for Crystal Palace but a god send for England team
Crystal Palace right-back Aaron Wan-Bissaka has been one of the standout performers in this season’s Premier League.
The 21-year-old has burst onto the scene and become a mainstay in Roy Hodgson’s team.
A graduate from the club’s youth academy, Wan-Bissaka made his debut last February against Spurs and has been a mainstay in Hodgson’s plans ever since.
His form this season has been so impressive that bigger clubs are starting to show interest.
the latest club to express a desire to sign the Palace man are Bayern Munich.
The German giants have joined the list which includes Manchester City, Chelsea, Manchester United and Everton.
It is perhaps the German club’s interest which represents the most interesting.
If a departure becomes inevitable for whatever reason then Wan-Bissaka would be wise to turn his back on the Premier League and head for the Bundesliga.
Moving to one of the best leagues in Europe and playing regular football can only benefit the national team.
You also get the sense he would play more football in Germany.
It wouldn’t exactly be a shock to the system to see one of the Premier League’s top six teams sign him and then not give him regular football.
