Could Everton convince Champions League club with a swap deal, amid reports? – TBR View
Everton’s Moise Kean is shining out on loan. Many of an Everton persuasion have questioned as to why the Italy international is able to perform the way he is doing at PSG, having only managed four goals in just over a season on Merseyside.
Since Kean, 21, has moved to the French capital on loan for the 2020-21 season, he has been much more prolific. Clocking up 31 appearances, Kean has scored 15 goals for PSG – despite only completing an entire 90 minutes on eight occasions.
That form has attracted interest from PSG, which is not a surprise. What is a surprise, is that Juventus are keen to lure him back to the club that Everton bought him from – Italian site as much, stating that Juve are rivalling PSG.
While Everton themselves need a striker, selling Kean to Juventus could work in their advantage. The Toffees have loaned out both Cenk Tosun and Kean without bringing in a striker themselves – relying on Dom Calvert-Lewin to score their goals.

That is perhaps why Everton want to sign Paulo Dybala. Everton are keen on luring the Argentine to England, something which almost happened in 2019 when Tottenham were scuppered by image rights in their pursuit.
Dybala is out of contract in the summer of 2022. He has been in and out of the Juve side this season, scoring just four goals and a move to England is getting likelier and likelier. Spurs and Arsenal are also interested in the Argentine.
But if Everton are to beat the London clubs, they need a trump card and given Juventus are interested in Kean – the young Italian could be just what Everton need. Juve want £47million for Dybala, while Kean is rated around £30million.
So, if the two parties came together and struck a deal that works – surely Kean, plus the best part of £20million, would convince Juve to sanction a move for Dybala to Everton, over the likes of Arsenal and Tottenham.
