Conor Coady says Tottenham have an ‘unbelievable’ player whose character goes unnoticed
Conor Coady has heaped praise on Tottenham Hotspur star and his England teammate James Maddison.
The Spurs midfielder is one of the best players in the Premier League. He has been brilliant since joining Tottenham, and even though he doesn’t play regularly for England, Coady is full of praise for what he brings to the side.

Tottenham signed James Maddison from Leicester City in last summer’s transfer window.
The Englishman became an instant fan favourite at Spurs. He hit the ground running in North London and has been one of the biggest reasons why Ange Postecoglou‘s side have been so good.
Maddison often gets called up to the England squad these days and rightly so. He definitely deserves his place, but because of the competition in the squad, he’s not a regular starter.
That’s not ideal for any player, but Conor Coady has revealed today that Maddison still offers so much in the England camp. However, he says the Tottenham man’s contribution behind the scenes go unnoticed.
Coady said on the : “Somebody like James Maddison, who now is playing absolutely unbelievable.
“But his character and what he is like around camp, which I think goes unnoticed as well. In terms of what he brings to the camp, it’s absolutely unbelievable.”

Tottenham fans, players and staff absolutely love James Maddison and rightly so.
The Englishman is a terrific footballer. He can control games from midfield, has the ability to create chance after chance and is a proven goalscorer as well.
Off the pitch, Maddison is a really popular member of the squad. He’s someone who is always seen with a smile on his face and people around him are constantly happy too.
It really is a surprise that Tottenham had a free run at Maddison last summer. No other club really tried to sign him. We’re sure some of them are regretting their decision now.
