Conor Coady describes Wolves teammate Traore as ‘horrible’ to face in training
Wolverhampton Wanderers captain Conor Coady has described teammate Adama Traore as “horrible” to come up against in training.
Traore moved to Molineux last summer from Middlesbrough and has had a fairly quite first season so far with the West Midlands club.
The right-winger has scored just one goal and supplied three assists across all competitions, but three have been signs recently that he’s growing in confidence.
He is a powerhouse attacker that can be unstoppable on the wing with his strength and speed, but just needs to convince his manger Nuno Espirito Santo over his end product.
The 23-year-old has improved his crossing in recent games and is pushing closer to a more regular spot in the starting XI.
“He’s horrible to face in training – I’m glad I don’t have to play against him any more!”
“He’s absolutely horrible, he runs through you, he runs around you, I can’t imagine what it’s like for the opposition team especially when he’s playing like he did on Saturday.”
TBR’s View:
It’s no surprise to hear that Traore is a menace in training, as he’s got a physical presence and turn of pace unlike many others in the Premier League.
The Spanish speed machine just needs to try convert that into a match day and he’s got the potential to be a key player for Nuno’s team.
Traore always gets Wolves fans off their seats and they are willing him to succeed, which is why he just needs a couple of goals to really help push him on.
