‘Come back firing’: Dean Smith’s three-word message has decided 24-year-old talent’s Villa future
Dean Smith has reportedly decided to keep Wesley Moraes at Aston Villa next season to compete alongside Ollie Watkins.

The former Club Brugge star returned to first-team football at the tail-end of last season. However, it will take some time before Wesley is back to full fitness.
The striker played in Saturday’s friendly against Stoke City. However, Wesley was sent off just seven minutes after coming on.
As per the report, Smith wants Wesley to act as backup for Watkins or even to partner the English international.
Moreover, Keinan Davis likely to leave Villa this summer, most likely to Stoke according to recent reports. The club have more of a reason to keep the Brazilian.
Wesley signed for the club two years ago for £22m. And Villa are making the right decision in trying to get a tune out of him ahead of the new season.
At 24, the former Brugge striker has plenty of time to find his feet with the Midlands club, and Smith is seemingly keen to get the best out of the forward.
