‘Colossus’ David Moyes signing is about to leave West Ham, medical is booked
Since Julen Lopetegui’s arrival, West Ham United have been incredibly busy in the transfer market and Tim Steidten has sanctioned six new signings already.
Guido Rodriguez is the latest, a 30-year-old midfielder who arrives from Real Betis to offer Edson Alvarez better support in midfield.
Lopetegui arrived at West Ham wanting up eight new signings, and it seems as if the Spaniard could still get his wish.
Hammers fans will enjoy a new-look team in east London this season, one spearheaded by the kind of striker who West Ham have been craving for so long.
Although some will question the merits of spending big on a 31-year-old, Fullkrug will definitely score goals, an immediate boost.
That being said, to make way for all of these new faces, players will have to leave the club.
TBR Football recently reported that Kurt Zouma and Nayef Aguerd were free to leave West Ham this summer – two players with interest from Saudi Arabia.
And in Zouma’s case, a deal has now been agreed.
Dubai side Al-Ahli have booked medical for West Ham captain Kurt Zouma
According to journalist David Ornstein, Zouma is close to completing a move to Dubai side Shabab Al-Ahli.
Reporting for , Ornstein shared that the defender will leave West Ham on a free transfer, with the Dubai side covering all of his wages.

Zouma, who David Moyes once described as a ‘colossus’ will complete a deal in the coming days, set to undergo a medical.
Of course, if Zouma completes his move, it will be interesting to consider who will be named new West Ham captain.
Many thought James Ward-Prowse had the credentials when he joined a year ago, and now the same is being said in regard to new signing Max Kilman.
However, the likes of Jarrod Bowen, one of the club’s long-serving players, may also believe that he deserves consideration.
Either way, given Zouma’s inconsistencies last season, selling the 29-year-old will be consider as a win for the club, who can now target a new centre-back.
That being said, West Ham are interested in a defender who Fullkrug called ‘outstanding’, albeit a difficult move to pull off.
