Chris Sutton has praised Rangers and John Lundstram after Giovanni van Bronckhorst’s men booked their ticket to the Europa League final with a stunning win at Ibrox on Thursday.
Rangers will meet Eintracht Frankfurt in Seville after an incredible performance against RB Leipzig. They went into the second-leg 1-0 down after the first game in Germany.
But Rangers produced a famous display in the rematch. James Tavernier and Glen Kamara put the Gers 2-0 up by the midway point in the first-half.
Christopher Nkunku spoiled the party temporarily during the second-half. The Frenchman proved why he is wanted by some many clubs around Europe with an outrageous finish to level the tie on aggregate.
However, Rangers got themselves across the line. And it was Lundstram who was there to score the winner.
The midfielder managed to find the back of the net amongst a goalmouth scramble. It was his reward for what has been an amazing first season at Ibrox.
You have to take your hat off to Rangers on such an emotional night as the Gers paid tribute to Jimmy Bell. And Sutton was amongst those to laud the Light Blues on social media.

Rangers have another fantastic result in Europe under their belt. And that will give them huge belief ahead of the final. They have knocked out the likes of Borussia Dortmund and Leipzig on the way to the final. Frankfurt stand between them and a truly monumental achievement.
Surely, they have one final massive performance left in them.
