Chief executive says £30m could be enough to land ‘devastating’ Tottenham target this summer
It wouldn’t be a surprise if Ange Postecoglou and his team were already lining up a few targets for Tottenham Hotspur this summer.
Postecoglou’s relationship with Daniel Levy seems to be a very productive one, the duo have achieved a lot already.

Last summer was heavily disrupted by the Harry Kane saga, but Spurs were still able to make progress.
And with a clear run at the January window, Spurs’ new team proved just how efficiently they can work.
Deals for Radu Dragusin and Lucas Bergvall should prove fruitful with time.
And managing to capture a player of Timo Werner’s quality on loan mid-season shouldn’t be understated.
From a Tottenham fan point of view, there must be confidence that good work will continue in the coming summer.
And with that in mind, Spurs could well return with their interest in Genoa’s Albert Gudmundsson.
The winger has been in excellent form in the Serie A this year, and Genoa’s chief executive has just caused some reason for optimism in regards to a deal.
Tottenham told price to add Albert Gudmundsson to Ange Postecoglou’s squad this summer
Speaking via , Genoa chief executive Andres Blazquez was initially speaking about a bid the club turned down from Fiorentina in January.
And whilst Blazquez wasn’t prepared to sell Gudmundsson on that occasion, it could be a different case in the summer.

Explaining Genoa’s stance, Blazguez said: “If I give him away, I lose an important part. If 35 million arrive this summer, we will think about it.
“The players are transitory. Look at Atalanta: to create competitive teams, you also have to sell. There’s nothing wrong with that, you have to know how to find the right players.”
And for a ‘devastating’ talent like Gudmundsson, that could prove a cost effective deal in today’s market.
Perhaps a move will depend on Spurs’ decision regarding Timo Werner.
The German is only on loan, and Postecoglou and his Tottenham staff will need to consider the merits of him joining permanently in the summer.
All that being said, Chris Sutton has now shared a rather bleak prediction regarding Tottenham’s future under Postecoglou.
