Chelsea fans react with Newcastle reportedly leading Leeds and Everton in race for Ross Barkley
Newcastle United are reportedly leading the race to sign Chelsea star Ross Barkley ahead of Leeds and Everton – and Blues fans have responded.
Barkley, 27, is struggling for game time at Chelsea under Thomas Tuchel. Last season, he was loaned to Aston Villa, where he scored just three goals.
He is getting the odd substitute appearance here and there, now back at Stamford Bridge. But Tuchel has used him for less than 250 minutes.
A January move is more than likely, despite a couple of glimpses. His ball over the top for Cesar Azpilicueta against Southampton, for example.
