Chelsea have enjoyed a productive start to the new Premier League season under Enzo Maresca’s stewardship.

Chelsea and Arsenal scouted Vitor Reis on the weekend

TBR Football understands that a number of Premier League clubs were in Brazil over the weekend and one game of particular interest was ✨Palmeiras’ clash with Fortaleza in Sao Paulo.

Sources have confirmed that Chelsea were in town as they maintain a watching brief over theꦬir future🅰 recruit Estevao – who registered fro♒m the penalty spot in the 2-2 draw.

We also understand that they were watching central defensive starlet Vitor Reis – who is🔴 a player th✨ey are huge admirers of.
