Charlie Patino to start as one of nine changes for Arsenal: predicted lineup vs Wimbledon
Arsenal host AFC Wimbledon in Carabao Cup action on Wednesday night.
This game comes off the back of the Gunners securing back-to-back 1-0 wins in the Premier League.
It also comes just a matter of days before Mikel Arteta’s side host Tottenham in the league.
With that huge game on the horizon, changes are expected for the Carabao Cup.
Nine changes are set to come in.
In goal, the impressive Aaron Ramsdale will be back on the bench as Bernd Leno will return to action.
In front of the goalkeeper we expect to see a completely new back four to those who started vs Burnley.
Nuno Tavares will start at left-back, Rob Holding and Pablo Mari will also come in at centre-back, with Cedric Soares on the right.
In midfield is where things get interesting.
The exciting academy man Charlie Patino could be in line for his senior debut for the club.

The 17-year-old has been starring for the academy sides this season and could be rewarded with a start.
We expect Albert Sambi Lokonga to partner with the 17-year-old in the pivot.
Then in attack, the only two players we have down to keep their places from Burnley are Nicolas Pepe and Emile Smith-Rowe.
Alongside that pair in the attacking midfield roles is Gabriel Martinelli, who should start on the left.
Then up front on his own we expect to see Alexandre Lacazette, who was an unused substitute vs Burnley.
This is a lot of changes, yet with Wimbledon being a League One side it should be routine for the Gunners.
It’s especially important for the club to get through this game with no injuries, as Spurs on the weekend is the big one.
Despite losing there first three league games, a win over their rivals could take them ahead of Spurs in the table on Sunday.
That game is the priority, leading to the amount of changes we’ve predicted.
