Charlie Adam reacts to Leeds’ reported interest in Rangers’ Ryan Kent
Charlie Adam that he cannot see Rangers letting Ryan Kent leave for £10 million amid reports that the Ibrox star is attracting attention this summer.
that Leeds United are planning to make an eight-figure bid for Kent, who joined the Gers last summer.

, Kent cost Rangers £7 million when he arrived ahead of last season. And former Light Blues midfielder Adam has insisted that he cannot see Steven Gerrard’s side letting him go for the sort of price that has been mentioned.
However, he did suggest what sort of offer it may take to catch the club’s eye.

“They won’t let him go for £10 million. If you start talking about the figures of £15 million, close to what Morelos is, he’s their best player. He’s got the talent,” .
“They bought him for £7 million. To then lose him for £3 million [profit], I don’t think they would do it. But stranger things have happened. But I think, if they come in with bids and it’s closer to £15 million, then Rangers will probably look at it.”
TBR View: Adam right to suggest Rangers must demand more
Kent showed a lot of promise during his first two years at Ibrox. But the early signs this term suggest that he is ready to become the side’s talisman.
He is often the player who looks most likely to make things happen. The wide-man has already scored twice in the Scottish Premiership this season.
It would therefore, be a huge surprise if Rangers were tempted by a £10 million bid. If they are going to let Kent leave for Elland Road, they will arguably need a lot more if they hope to fill the void that he will leave.
