Champions League club have £38m bid rejected to sign Arne Slot’s ‘top target’ at Liverpool
Liverpool have kept their cards close to their chest in the transfer market so far as Arne Slot continues to imprint his philosophy at the club after succeeding Jurgen Klopp at the helm at Anfield.
