Celtic fans want Jack Hendry sold after defender linked with Scottish Premiership duo
Jack Hendry could reportedly end his Celtic nightmare before the end of the summer with Scottish Premiership duo Kilmarnock and Motherwell interested – and Celtic fans want a move organised for the Scotland cap.
both Motherwell and Killie want the 24-year-old defender, who has flopped at Celtic since his move to the Scottish champions in January 2018 from Dundee. He has managed just 26 Celtic appearances.
Hendry managed just 15 appearances throughout the entire 2018-19 campaign, and remains surplus to requirements this time around with Neil Lennon having brought Christopher Jullien to Parkhead from Toulouse.

The Scottish champions also boast Jozo Simunovic, Nir Bitton and Kris Ajer at the heart of their defence, while new signing Hatem Abd Elhamed can also play in the middle of defence – though only if it is a three-man defence.
A new centra defender could be brought to Celtic Park, but it is clear that Hendry looks set to be on his way. It remains to be seen if a move to Killie, Motherwell or indeed elsewhere would be permanent or just on loan.
Celtic fans have reacted on Twitter to the news that Hendry could be on his way to Killie or Motherwell this summer, with the deadline closing on September 2. Many believe it is time for Hendry to leave, with fans of the belief he is not good enough.
I think he would suit killie and motherwell no bad player just better players infront of him

I think he has a bit to go, but could come good in the end. I’ve seen some good things from time to time.

Would probably be a good defender for either of these two sides. Just not at Celtic’s level.

Odds on Kilmarnock and Motherwell getting relegated slashed big time. Really don’t mean to be harsh but Hendry is absolutely awful. Definitely up there in terms of the worst centre halves I’ve seen at Celtic in my lifetime.
