Celtic fans react as Sheffield United reportedly tracking Hoops attacker
Sheffield United are reportedly interested in signing Celtic attacker Scott Sinclair this summer as they look to bolster their side in a bid to avoid relegation – and some Celtic fans want Sinclair gone.
30-year-old Sinclair is a target for the Blades, with a fee of £2million said to be enough to see the former Manchester City, West Bromwich Albion and Swansea City winger leave the club.
Sinclair recently signed an extension to his contract which will see him remain at Celtic until the summer of 2020, unless any interested parties agree a fee with the Hoops to land Sinclair.

Since joining Celtic in the summer of 2016, Sinclair has won the treble treble with the Hoops – as well as clocking up 160 appearances for the Scottish champions. He found the back of the net 60 goals, as well as laying on 34 assists.
Sinclair has also attracted interest from Championship side Middlesbrough, but with Sheffield United in the Premier League, it looks as though the Blades are in pole position to land the versatile forward.
Celtic fans have reacted to the news that Sinclair is interesting Chris Wilder’s side, and the majority of Celtic fans are keen to see Sheffield United sign Sinclair and take the experienced forward off the wage bill.

Sell up. He won't adapt to Lennon's style of football imo.

He is not a Lennon player. He should be moved on otherwise it will be a running sore when he’s left out and we struggle. Shame though – he’s a guarantee of goals.

Sell asap. When was his last great game, when it mattered?

I'd let him go if the price is right…

Move on. Not justifying his high earnings in big games. Shved the future!
