Celtic set to make late swoop for Leeds target Alvyn Sanches
Leeds are interested in signing FC Lausanne-Sport midfielder Alvyn Sanches ahead of deadline day on Friday.
But, according to , Celtic could now make a late swoop to sign Sanches as they consider him a top talent.
Brendan Rodgers has high hopes for the 2003-born and believes he has the talent to reach the very top, so they could formalise their interest with a bid.
It seems Leeds are working on a deal for Hamer at this stage.
Alvyn Sanches statistics
Sanches typically operates in the number eight role but has a keen eye for a goal.
He’s already off the mark this season, netting two times in five outings for the Swiss outfit, who sit 10th in the Super League.
Sanches scored six goals last term and is evidently a more progressive midfielder than Leeds’ current options in Ilia Gruev and perhaps even Joe Rothwell.
