TBR’s View:

Celtic will be completing great business if the swoop for Motherwell’s young star gets over the line and it looks like personal terms are the only obstacle left.

He proved his quality in the recent season with a string of mature displays in the centre of the park, where he’s firm in the tackle and also provides a goal threat going forward.

It may be too big a step to Celtic going into next season and he may have to be eased into the group, but there is definitely real talent and they risk missing out on him if he’s not signed this summer.
