Cardiff fans discuss Cody Drameh after Leeds loanee’s debut
A number of Cardiff City fans have taken to Twitter to comment on the debut display of Cody Drameh following the Leeds United youngster’s loan move this week.
Many Leeds fans were left surprised in the last few days when it was reported that Drameh was looking set to leave Elland Road. The right-back has made a handful of first-team appearances this term. And Leeds are continuing to work through an injury crisis.

Nevertheless, the move went through. Interestingly, Marcelo Bielsa that he had wanted Drameh to stick around.
‘Top, top quality’
A look on social media shows that many Leeds fans are divided on what the future holds for Drameh. Some fear that he may be done after seemingly opting to go against Bielsa’s wishes for him to stay.

It also alerted many that he seemed to delete – as he has done in the past.
There is no question that there are high hopes for Drameh. So a promising loan spell in the Welsh capital will surely ensure that the door does remain open for the defender to reignite his Leeds career upon his return.
He was thrown straight into the Cardiff side for Saturday’s Championship clash with Blackburn. Unfortunately, it proved to be a losing start to life at Cardiff.
The promotion-chasers won 1-0. Drameh meanwhile, was booked just before the break.
However, plenty of Cardiff supporters felt that he was extremely impressive, particularly during the first-half. He quickly won the supporters over, and many are excited for what he may be able to do over the months ahead.
Drameh definitely has a point to prove after deciding that he would be better off leaving on loan. And his opening display hinted that he is determined to show that he was right to push for a move.

Can’t complain with that performance this half, but you can tell we’re crying out for some creativity on that pitch. Drameh looks hell of a player mind

Best we’ve played in a minute.
Lucky goal from Blackburn, we just need to start shooting a bit more!
Drameh looks the business already, with fans in the bowl he’ll get all the confidence he needs🤌🏼

0-1 ht. Cardiff are playing well, but trailing again. Blackburn lead because they have that bit of quality that Cardiff don’t seem to possess. Drameh has been very good though. Quick, athletic and direct. Teams flood through Cardiff on the break and it’s their Achilles heel

Drameh is top top quality, gonna be great for us

Apart from one bit of quality from Blackburn very good first half, can see the possession based game Morrison is trying to implement and drameh looks like a hell of a find. Grab a goal in this second half now blooooossss

Superb performance so far , best I’ve seen us play for a while. Drameh has been superb, finally looks like we have a proper wing back who suits the system Morison is trying to play. Can’t believe we’re 1-0 down.
