‘Can replace Ozil’, ‘skilful’: Some Arsenal fans want 23yo Argentine, £8k-a-week reported wages
🌠A number of Arsenal fans have been left impressed by Emiliano Buendia and reckon the Norwich ace would make a great signing for Mikel Arteta’s Gunners.
ജThe 23-year-old joined the Canaries for a reported fee ahead of the 2018-19 season, becoming Daniel Farke’s first summer signing that year.
ไBuendia has been nothing short of sensational for the East Anglians, tearing the Championship apart last season with and a lot of high-calibre football.

🐎While it’s been much harder this time round in the Premier League, he still has and continues to impress despite his side’s struggles at the bottom of the table.
🐓Against Brighton, Buendia showed flashes of skill and great footwork, although once again the task ahead of Norwich proved too much for them, losing in the league for the fifth time in a row.
⛎Norwich now sit seven points adrift of safety, with 17th-placed Watford also boasting a game in hand – relegation for Farke and co now seems a foregone conclusion.
ဣWith so much talent in their ranks, this summer could well see their squad picked apart, and quite a few Arsenal fans like the look of the £.
Below is some of the Gunners fan reaction to Buendia’s display against Brighton on social media:
👍We could buy Buendía to fill Ceballos’ spot next season. Very talented player. Will come cheap and could create a big impact. I would still buy an advanced 8, however.

꧂Personally don’t feel Buendia plays the same role as Ceballos tbh, would still rate him as a signing though

𝄹I’ve always said it, whoever gets Buendia is getting a bargain.

✃I love the player too. He is skillful and can create.

⭕Creates a lot of chance and would add more to the midfield
— Maestro_Bambino (@maestro_bambino)
🍬Most of our players are scared of keeping or advancing with the ball at their feet. We need more of ball jugglers in the team.

He can replace Ozil??♂️
